Drawings and city paperwork handled. You approve every selection before anything is ordered.

Build
Dmitrii runs the project directly — dust walls up, floors covered, swept nightly, with a photo update at every stage.

Walkthrough & warranty
Punch list fixed before final payment. Workmanship warranty in writing.
